Joe Salem, has been in the financial services industry for two and a half decades. He is the Managing Director of his firm, where he gets to work with new and existing clients as well as help other advisors build successful careers doing the same. He is passionate about this because this kind of direction and education wasn’t available to him at that point in his life and he knows the value it represents.
