But spiritual growth rarely comes from dramatic, all-at-once change. More often, it comes from small, consistent steps that actually fit your life, steps you can return to when things get busy or messy.
If you want a spiritually stronger, more grounded, more peaceful year, here are five small, doable resolutions that can make a real difference.
1. Start Your Day With a One-Minute Prayer
You don’t need a polished morning routine to begin your day with God. One minute, literally 60 seconds, can reset your entire mindset.
